An ahhhhh experience for the body and soul. After some warm-up movements, this class will help you stretch gently and slowly. We all need to stretch as often as possible and be encouraged to breathe correctly during the stretching. This class can help reduce anxiety, knee, lower back or hip pain. You will feel relaxed, refreshed and energized at the end of class. Please wear comfortable clothing (no shoes necessary), bring a mat and water to sip.
