Children birth -5 years old with their caregivers learn songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability. Two CDs with all the songs we will learn this semester (as well as a personalized code to link to free mp3 downloads for additional copies of our songs) and a beautifully illustrated song book are included.

Thursdays, 10-11:30, through 5/25 - AERIAL DANCE CONDITIONING AND IMPROVISATION - ALL LEVEL ADULT, $15

Mondays, May 1-22 3:30-5. 4 Weeks, $80. 
 Learn choreographic techniques to develop unique aerial dances that will be shared at the end of the session.  Topics include creative aerial sequencing, use of time, space, energy, shape, ground work, and theme development. Informal showing for families at 4:30 on May 22nd.

Aerial Conditioning, Open Workout, Deep Stretch (All levels)
Wednesdays 7-9pm, 3-week session, May 10-24. $60
In this Aerial session we'll begin with 30 minutes of Aerial Conditioning followed by an hour of Open Workout during which time you may work on skills you’ve learned in previous sessions, develop choreography, and build endurance with guidance and support.  The final 30 minutes will focus on yoga/deep stretching using the fabrics, walls, and partners.
