Forza - The Samurai Sword Workout

Burn calories, build muscle, develop focus & gain self-esteem while practicing the striking moves of the Samurai warrior.  No experience necessary. Safe for any fitness level. Practice swords provided. $80/10 classes or $10/drop-in. Forza on WCAX.

Green Mountain Music Together

Children birth -5 years old with their caregivers learn songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability. Two CDs with all the songs we will learn this semester (as well as a personalized code to link to free mp3 downloads for additional copies of our songs) and a beautifully illustrated song book are included.

T'ai Chi Ch'uan

Wednesdays, 8:00 & 9:00 am in Studio A

Irish Dance

Fiadhnait (FEE-ah-net) Moser began her dance training at age five. She began Irish dance at age eight. She studied modern dance at Sweet Briar College in Virginia. She is an open champion Irish dancer in the CLRG organization (the highest level of Irish dance). She has experience teaching and choreographing both Irish and contemporary dance. She is available to give private lessons in Irish dance, contemporary, jazz and tap.
